Elixir Collector

"Elixir is pumped from the Ley Lines coursing underneath your village. Upgrade your Elixir Collectors to maximize Elixir production"

 

The Elixir Collector is used to gather Elixir. The amount of hitpoints, collection rate, and capacity increases with each level. At level 5 and higher, you can boost the production rate with Gems. You can max out your Elixir Collector at town hall level 7.

 

Placement Strategies

It is recommended to use Elixir Collectors as a shield from the walls to keep troops busy with them, so that is basically acts as another layer of walls.

 

Many people like to wait to collect the Elixir from their collectors for a long time, but this strategy does not help because attackers can steal up to 50% of the uncollected Elixir in the collector.
